Who we are
For over 20 years, Gavin has been active in the property market, having bought, developed and sold all types of property many times over. His first love of property has brought him from Chelsea and Wandsworth to Kent and Sussex.
With the past 14 years living and operating across Kent, Sussex and the Surrey borders, he brings in-depth knowledge of the local property market, the invaluable insight from buying and developing residential property and a seasoned negotiation expertise from a banking career.
Gavin can recognise the potential of a property both as a financial investment and as a family home. Property development, sales, lettings and renovation experience gives him valuable knowledge of how to secure the best deal while remaining discreet and client focused at all times.
Having relocated with his wife and 3 small children from south west London he understands, first hand, how demanding relocating can be for a family and the importance of weighing up commuting and education needs.
